General Dosage Instructions
• Typical adult dose:
25 pills per dose.
• Bottle size:
14.4 doses per bottle.
• Frequency:
2 times daily with warm water, preferably after meals.
• Duration:
For acute Yang deficiency symptoms: 2–4 weeks.
For chronic Kidney Yang deficiency: can be taken in cycles (take for 4–8 weeks, pause
for 1–2 weeks, then repeat as needed).
• Administration tips:
Take consistently for best warming and tonifying effect.
Combine with warming, easily digestible foods (e.g., soups, cooked grains, lamb,
walnuts).
