  • Fu Ling (茯苓, Poria) – strengthens Spleen, drains dampness.
  • Mu Dan Pi (牡丹⽪, Moutan Cortex) – clears deficient Heat from the Blood.
  • Ze Xie (泽泻, Alisma Rhizome) – drains excess Kidney water, harmonizes Yin
  • Zhi Mu (知母, Anemarrhena Rhizome) – clears Heat, nourishes Yin.
